When I envision our planet in my mind, the first two colors that emerge are green and blue—and this is precisely the core goal behind designing the 'Earth' Look-Up Table (LUT): to make these two colors truly 'shine.' The inspiration for this LUT comes from a classic film stock I deeply admire, which also starts with the letter 'E.' Among the four works in my Head-Stock LUT series, 'Earth' is the most bold, impactful, and highest in contrast. The 'Earth' LUT performs exceptionally well in landscape photography but also maintains good adaptability across various shooting subjects and scenarios. Under ample direct sunlight, with accurate exposure, the color and contrast performance of this LUT will be highly dynamic; in overcast or low-light conditions, it is recommended to slightly underexpose and shift the white balance appropriately toward warmer tones to preserve the image's depth and color vibrancy.
